Corporate Overview

Shenzhen Allcomm Electronic Company Limited ("Allcomm") being the production plant of Alltronics Tech. Mftg. Limited ("ATM"), is conveniently located in the Shenzhen City of the People's Republic of China ("the PRC"). ATM is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Alltronics Group. Allcomm was established in 1993 when Alltronics began to expand its production facility formerly situated in Hong Kong. Allcomm concentrates on home improvement electronic products such as irrigation controllers, aroma ionizers, radio controlled clocks (with automatic time adjustment) and clock movement units, battery chargers, corded phones and carbon monoxide detectors.
