Corporate Overview

Alltronics Manufacturing Co. ("Wah Tai") being the production plant of Allcomm (H.K.) Limited, is located in the Shenzhen City of the People's Republic of China ("the PRC"). Allcomm (H.K.) Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Alltronics Group. Wah Tai was set up in January of 2002, and production began from March of 2002. Wah Tai concentrates on power adaptors, inductors, transformers, and solenoid products.

The Chairman and the founder of the Allronics Group, Mr. Lam Yin Kee, has previously set up one of the largest manufacturing companies of transformers and adapters in the region during the 1970's. Equipped with 30 years of experience in the transformer business, and supported by the technical expertise of a team of well qualified engineering and production staff, a new division under the Alltronics Group was established to venture in the business of power supply and solenoid products. Allcomm (H.K.) Limited was then set up as the marketing front based in Hong Kong; and Wah Tai was set up as the production plant in Shenzhen.
